RAVE REVIEW: THE ADVENTURES OF HUCKLEBERRY FINN

If you have read the story of Tom Sawyer, it means you have to read his best mate’s story, too, Huckleberry Finn. Yet if you haven’t read Tom Sawyer’s story, it doesn’t mean that you should miss this one. Huckleberry Finn will invite you to come to his world and join the great adventure that you will never forget.


Huckleberry lived with his father whom he called as Pap in a small house isolated from neighborhood since it was in the middle of woods and separated from the main island where people lived. Pap always got drunk and Huck got bored living in the isolated place so he decided to run away. While Pap was out, Huck made a smart plan, which was making a setting in his own house that he was murdered by leaving some blood track. He escaped from the house and went away with a raft.


On his way escaping, he met Jim, a slave that ran away from his master because he thought his master was going to sell him to another person. Both of them decided to run away together and spend all their day on the raft till one day they met two persons admitting themselves as Duke and King.


Huck and Jim had no other choice except letting them stay with them. Huck and Jim also had to serve both of two since they were Duke and King but having quiet exciting time to take part in a play. They made a show and deceived a lot of people but they earned enough money from the play till one day Duke and King tried to deceive a family by telling them they were the relatives who would take care the inheritance of the orphans.


Unfortunately, their disguise was almost be revealed yet Huck and Jim had earlier opportunity to free themselves before getting known by the townspeople. While the two were about to release from Duke and King, the two evil people came and sold Jim. Huck was feeling so sorry knowing Jim had been sold so he decided to look for him and free him.


The fortune came for Huck. He was saved by Aunt Polly who turned out to be the one who bought Jim. To complicate, Aunt Polly thought that Huck was Tom Sawyer who was going to meet her. Huck took this chance by pretending to be Tom Sawyer and made a plan to free Jim. The other fortune arrived again when Tom Sawyer came along and helped him to free the innocent Jim. Both of two made a dangerous yet brilliant plan in order to release Jim.

Would Huck and Tom be able to free Jim? Would their dangerous plan succeed? Would Aunt Polly know the truth? Would Huck go back to Pap’s house?
